Squad Lead Hybrid Collaboration in the HR division “New Ways of working” - is driving digital and hybrid collaboration activities within Deutsche Telekoms cross-functional digital@work program. In his role as co-program lead he is developing and implementing all necessary measures from tool introduction to enabling and communication formats to improve hybrid collaboration and the adoption of digital collaboration tools as a major elements of working in the hybrid world.
